Our goal is to create a welcoming, encouraging environment where individuals can explore healthier habits, learn new skills, and discover possibilities for personal growth.
These Terms & Conditions explain the general rules governing use of our website and information about our services.
1. About Our Services
Target 30 Health and Wellness Coaching provides individual health and wellness coaching, small-group wellness experiences, and educational activities.
Services are provided by Suzanne Sutton, a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).
Coaching is a collaborative, client-centered process designed to support individuals in exploring their goals and making personally meaningful lifestyle changes.
2. Coaching Is Not Medical Care
Health and wellness coaching is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or independently provide medical treatment, psychotherapy, or individualized medical nutrition therapy.
Information shared on this website or during educational activities is intended for general wellness education and coaching support.
Always consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional regarding medical conditions, symptoms, medications, dietary restrictions, or changes to medical treatment.
Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of information on this website.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.
3. Personal Responsibility
Participation in coaching and wellness activities is voluntary.
You remain responsible for your personal decisions, health choices, and actions.
You are encouraged to consider your own abilities, medical circumstances, and the guidance of your healthcare professionals before participating in physical activity, food preparation, or other wellness experiences.
4. Individual Results
Every person's circumstances, goals, and progress are different.
We do not guarantee particular health outcomes, weight changes, medical improvements, or other specific results.
Testimonials and examples, when presented, reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees of similar outcomes.
5. Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments and introductory conversations are subject to availability.
Specific appointment lengths, fees, scheduling procedures, and any cancellation or rescheduling requirements will be communicated through the applicable booking process or service agreement.
Booking a consultation does not automatically establish an ongoing coaching relationship.
6. Group Classes and Experiences
Target 30 classes may include walking, educational discussions, group coaching, creative activities, gardening, food preparation, and, for some classes, lunch. Participants may prepare dinner components to take home and cook. Class details and food arrangements will be stated in the specific registration materials.
7. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Prices and payment requirements will be communicated before a purchase or confirmed booking.
Where advance payment is required, a place in a class or appointment may not be reserved until payment has been received.
Applicable cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and credit policies will be disclosed during booking or registration.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
8. Respectful Participation and Privacy
We ask participants to treat one another with kindness, respect, and consideration.
Group activities may involve personal discussion. Participants are encouraged to respect the privacy of others and avoid sharing another participant's personal experiences outside the group without permission.
Because group settings involve multiple participants, complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
9. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, original written materials, branding, educational content, photographs, and other materials on this website belong to Target 30 Health and Wellness Coaching or are used with permission.
Website content is provided for personal, informational use. It may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or represented as someone else's work without appropriate authorization, except as permitted by law.
10. External Websites and Services
Our website may link to third-party services, including scheduling, payment, and educational resources.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party websites or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Any additional terms governing participation in paid services or activities will be provided separately when applicable.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, subject to applicable law and any non-waivable consumer protections.
13A. Virtual Coaching and Recording
Individual coaching sessions are conducted virtually. Recording is optional and requires separate express consent. Clients who decline recording may participate without being recorded.
Brief between-session contact may occur by text or voicemail during the coach's stated office hours; email is reserved for initial contact and administrative matters. Detailed communication rules are set out in the signed coaching agreement.
13B. Service Location and Eligibility
Virtual coaching availability may depend on the client's physical location and applicable professional, privacy, consumer, and other laws. We may decline or suspend service in a jurisdiction where we cannot confirm applicable requirements.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
