What if feeling better, getting healthier, and enjoying more in life could start with one small step?

As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I believe people are capable of far more change than they sometimes realize. You don't need another person telling you what you should do. Together, we'll explore what matters most to you, what's getting in the way, and the realistic steps which can move you toward the life you want to live.

A healthier life.

A greater sense of joy.

A lot more possibility.

COME FOR THE EXPERIENCE. LEAVE WITH NEW POSSIBLITIES.

Small, in-person classes designed to bring together healthy living, learning, connection—and some fun. Because taking good care of yourself doesn't have to feel like another item on your to-do list.

PERSONALIZED COACHING. YOUR GOALS. YOUR LIFE.

One-on-one coaching gives you the space to focus on what matters most to you. Together, we'll explore your goals, what's getting in the way, and realistic steps that fit your life.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO CHANGE EVERYTHING TO CHANGE SOMETHING.

Target 30 is built around a simple idea: meaningful change can begin with small, realistic steps. Thirty more minutes of sleep. Thirty minutes outside. Thirty minutes of movement or connection. Thirty different plant-based whole foods. The “30” isn’t a rigid rule or a 30-day challenge. It’s a reminder that small targets can move us toward bigger possibilities.

MEET SUZANNE

I believe people are capable of far more change than they sometimes realize.

As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine I bring together my background in behavior change, Lifestyle Medicine, and more than 25 years in sales and marketing to help people discover what matters most to them—and what might be possible next.

I’ll listen, ask questions, celebrate your wins, and help you find realistic steps that fit your life. And when things don’t go exactly as planned? We figure out what you learned and keep going.

I don’t give up easily. And I'll be right there beside you encouraging you as you discover what's possible.

WHAT MIGHT BE POSSIBLE FOR YOU?

Let’s find out together.

You don’t have to have everything figured out. Sometimes the first step is simply having a conversation about where you are, where you’d like to be, and what might help you get there.
