7. Information Security and Retention
We use administrative, physical, and technical safeguards appropriate to the information involved.
Individual coaching files currently contain handwritten notes stored in a locked filing cabinet. With express client consent, Zoom coaching sessions may be recorded for note review; recordings are intended to be saved locally to a secured computer, subject to verification of actual settings and storage protections.

10. External Links
Our website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of websites we do not operate.
10A. Session Recordings and Communications
With the client's separate express consent, virtual coaching sessions may be recorded for reviewing conversations and improving the accuracy of handwritten coaching notes. Clients may decline or withdraw recording consent without affecting coaching services.
Recording storage, deletion, and applicable consent requirements will be governed by the signed coaching agreement and applicable law.
Text and voicemail may be used for brief between-session messages, but clients should avoid sending sensitive health information over ordinary communication channels.
10B. International and Interstate Clients
Clients may receive virtual coaching while located outside Texas. The handling, retention, access, and transfer of personal information may be subject to laws in more than one jurisdiction.
Availability of services and applicable privacy rights will be reviewed before services are offered in a new jurisdiction.
